About Us

Presentation

Dra. Inês Mourão: “We met in October 2021 shortly after the arrival of Dr. Veridian. I was impressed with his determination to study the Portuguese codes, with the inquisitive and logical mind that contrasted the Portuguese and Brazilian judicial systems. We started working together on a regular basis about a year ago, in the same office and it has been a success both professionally and personally. Disagreeing with many colleagues, I think that national law has a lot to gain from interconnecting and sharing knowledge with colleagues on the other side of the Atlantic.”

Dra. Veridiana de Almeida: “I arrived in Portugal, in 2021, full of expectations and baggage, extensive work experience in the legal area in Brazil, however, very open to learning and full of expectations with a new future that presented itself. Since then, there have been many hours of study and improvement in the scope of Portuguese law, especially focused on administrative law.

Which led us to create this project, in which two lawyers, Brazilian and Portuguese, united towards a common goal, grow and challenge each other day by day, achieving their goals.
